I was engaged in the creation and development of a powerful accounts management solution for the number one and longest-standing life insurance provider in the Philippines which needed to allow their investors and policyholders to monitor their accounts online and also through their mobile app. As the system was meant to be customised, I had to meet the client’s enterprise specifics and also design some solutions that weren’t available in the existing client portal software.

OBJECTIVE
Create a powerful accounts management solution for the number one and longest-standing life insurance provider in the Philippines, Sun Life Insurance.

APPROACH AND PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS

• Manage your insurance and mutual funds account
• Conduct transactions - file claims, do topups, redeem and switch funds
• Contact your financial advisor
• Viewing of Net asset value per share - updates daily
• Check the nearest Sun Life branch near you and get their contact numbers
• Assess your current financial status and goals with the Money for Life calculator
• Research existing account management options on the market
