As the Senior UX Designer, I led the design of digital banking transactions, initially focusing on the Philippine market before extending my expertise to a significant redesign project aimed at enhancing user experience for customers in China. This initiative was driven by the need to adapt our offerings to better suit the distinct preferences and behaviors of the Chinese user base.

OBJECTIVE
The mission was to transform the digital banking landscape by creating transaction interfaces that are intuitive, secure, and easily accessible. The redesign for the Chinese market was specifically targeted at aligning these interfaces with local user expectations, thereby fostering increased engagement and satisfaction.
